1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 0k333 ("0k333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 0k333 website at https://0k333.bet, creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products, services, games, and features available on the 0k333 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket markets), crash games, virtual sports, and all promotional and bonus offers. • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your 0k333 account under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 0k333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure.
• You must notify 0k333 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• 0k333 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Players who fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their account temporarily restricted.

0k333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for the refusal.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Use of the 0k333 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions. 0k333 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing 0k333 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and you are using your own funds for all wagering activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Unused bonus funds do not convert to real money.

6. User Obligations

By using the 0k333 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Accessing 0k333 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 0k333 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your country or region of residence. 0k333 is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your decision to access or use the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

0k333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated any provision of these Terms. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Verified or suspected identity fraud or use of false registration details.
• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited betting software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering or any other financial crime.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player themselves.
• A court order, legal notice, or regulatory directive requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spins, or winnings derived from bonus wagering will be voided and forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been involved in any fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's registered payment method following a review period of up to 30 days.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation. If any provision of this section is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
